we recently looked at a house and we called Zach. he always picks up the phone, he was very professional ,knew everything, inspected the house very well, gave us a full report the next day, and was on time. we had no problem with him and we highly recommend him.

I had a home inspection done by Zach, price was very fair and initially I was second guessing myself about getting one, being that my property is a new construction, but nonetheless I decided to get one and very happy I did as Zach saved me some money after pointing out some things that I overlooked that needs to be brought up to par. He's easy to reach if you have any questions even after the inspection is completed. I would definitely recommend.
