Zach is the best I have seen when it comes to inspectors . I have purchased more then one home and have dealt with experienced and non-experienced inspectors but Zack is in a league of his own. There is no question that he left unanswered . He knows his trade inside out and was very patient and took his time explaining the problems and how much money it would take to rectify the problem. I would be recommending him to friends who are looking for his services .

Zach is punctual, responsive, professional. He even helped me fix a shade in the bedroom. After the inspection he also answered numerous questions with great details. I would definitely glad to work with Zach again, and recommend him to anyone!

I do not write reviews often, actually never, BUT! I had to write a comment about Zack! HE IS AMAZING! I am so happy we hired him. I can't think of anyone that would have done a better job. He is on time, he knows his stuff, he is on YOUR SIDE, and he gives you the facts and explains everything so carefully. He is a gem!

Just completed this evening my first ever inspection as a home buyer, and I could not be more happy with my experience. Zack is a true professional. He is very responsive (we communicated via text message), we were able to schedule him last minute for a next day appointment, he shows up early, his rates are very competitive, and he takes incredible care to ensure that your inspection is completed in detail and that you are educated. Since I am a newbie, I “shadowed” him during his inspection and asked many questions, and he was very patient with answering them and pointing out things I needed to know about my new house. I feel more educated about my home now, and have peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Timeliness: Zack is super responsive by text and email. We scheduled a home inspection with him the day of, and he was accommodating. He even arrived early to the property. Professionalism: He took the time to explain all that he saw. I didn't have to worry about bothering him with questions. He made it clear that he was there to clarify anything and point out things I hadn't noticed. Most importantly, he took care to give his honest opinion about the home without involving the listing agent (who was really attentive throughout the inspection). Wealth of knowledge: The inspection took a reasonable amount of time. I didn't feel like we were being rushed. We talked about the pipes, electrical outlets, leaks, insurance, estimated repair costs, everything! Going above and beyond: I didn't think he'd be able to inspect the roof because it's extremely hard to get up there, but he brought in his own ladder and made it work. The ladder had to go up at an angle, and it didn't stand evenly on the ground. But he was unfazed. Sometimes home inspections don't include a termite inspection, but this one did. I called some home inspectors who would not inspect the home without it being fully vacant, but Zack was understanding of the situation. Payment was a breeze; he has Venmo, accepts checks, etc. It was seamless. Detailed report: It only took a day for him to draft the report. It's got a lot of pictures and analysis. It was very informative, and it will continue to be a useful resource for any renovations we do. There are a lot of home inspectors out there, but I'd choose to work with Zack again. It was a a great experience, and I learned so much.
