My son walked with him throughout the home and he showed him every issue he found in the home and discussed very important points to the home that would be crucial when we move in. Fully Satisfied. Zach Taught me a-lot about homeowner-ship. The home appeared, at first impression to be in perfect condition but after his inspection it was not as pleasant as the agent portrayed it to be. Future repairs would have run me in the thousands . I did expect some cosmetic repairs but other high ticket items I did not expect. Overall I can say that having an inspection by an experienced inspector /contractor is extremely important. Rest assure that Zach can be a great help to anyone looking for new home. The quality of his inspection really helped us make an informed decision about our potential home.
