Zack was really thorough and professional. He patiently answered all my questions during the inspection, and even helped with some follow-up questions a couple of weeks later.

100% recommended. Zach showed up early and delivered his report even sooner than anticipated. The property he inspected had a basement with visible signs of water damage; he did an excellent job documenting the evidence and, more importantly, educating me on the root causes. Zach is an excellent communicator who responds quickly and explains complex issues in a way that is easy to understand.

Zack was very responsive for arranging appointments and punctual for inspection. I received quick and precise responses to questions I asked. Inspection was thorough and professional, covering all the critical areas with care and respect to the property owners/residents, who were absent during the inspection. Patiently explained all the details to us while inspecting the property. Report was concise and comprehensive, and delivered the following day. Some portion of the report, such as limitations, where the standard sentences are copied and pasted, was a little hard to read as there was no paragaraph breaks. I am happy I could work with Zack and would recommend House Pro Home Inspectors.

The inspector came before the time and went up on the roof with a drone and went through the entire house and saw everything he is a really good inspector he saw everything every detail right away and the report is 54 papers with every details I would highly recommend him and after all he is charging an easy and affordable price don’t hesitate to call him he is the nicest guy to deal with
