He knows how to build a house from scratch so he knows every detail about each mechanical system and aspect of a home from the early 1900s till now. He gives detailed information about how to maintain it and what needs repair. He can even give price estimates which helps so much in the negotiation process. He’s always on time or early, He has every tool necessary including drones to check out the roof if there’s no internal access. His reports are so thorough and even remembers inspections he did in previous years when I have a question. He’s just the best!
