Zach was very professional and responsive from start to finish. He was very patient in explaining things to me as a potential homeowner. Zack was phenomenal! It’s rare to find honest and knowledgeable inspectors when it’s time to purchase a property. We were lucky to find it . He was extremely precise on finding anything that needed some improvement. He also took time and dedication to explain us how things work ( since it’s our first time owning a house - we have always lived in apartments). I've worked with Zack on two home inspections and he has been amazing to work with both times. As a first-time home buyer, Zack was able to take me through the inspection and explain all of the main things to look for in a potential home. He prepared me for maintenance and costs throughout the home, and highlighted how to fix any potential problems. Not only was he great during the walkthrough, but he delivered a report promptly after the inspection and was very responsive to follow-ups during the mortgage process.

Zack is a fantastic inspector. For reference he inspected a potential coop I was buying. He went room by room and identified all issues and reported them directly to me. He even let me know the severity of the issue. The inspection report was provided less than 24 hours later. I would definitely recommend and I plan on using him for my house inspection.

Zach is the best. I was searching for a licensed inspector and came across his website. We spoke on a Wednesday evening and he was ready to come the next day. I wasn't able to but 2 days later we had the inspection. He was on time, which is important and was definitely ready to do his job. It was an inspection for a co-op. He tested every outlet, ac outlet, checked circuit breaker box. Did his rounds through every closet, steam pipe to see if they work. He used a camera that shows if heat is visible. Every drain pipe from the bathroom and kitchen. Windows and air vents also was checked. He was extremely thorough throughout the entire process and would recommend what needed to be change immediately or not. I would recommend Zach 100% to anyone purchasing a place. Never buy a place without a home inspection and when you do, hire Zach for the job. Zach thank you.
