Zach Came on time, very knowledgeable, made a lot of photos/comments/suggestions in report, he is professional, checked boiler, water, roof, ceiling, heating electrical floor foundation. Advised for specialist to inspect sewer line and pipes. I would recommend him to others. He explained things to me so I can understand better!

Hired Zack to conduct an inspection on my potential home in Park Slope he spent 3hrs in the home and conducted a thorough inspection and the end result was the home needed over $35k worth of repairs. I didn't anticipate this but the inspection sure opened my eyes on hidden issues . I will certainly take his report and attempt to renegotiate the asking price.

Mr. Zack did a home inspection on Thursday, August 09, 2018. Zack was very professional, courteous, and respectful of the property and its sellers. He was very forthcoming with information as well as concerns that would also be noted on the inspection report. He gave great insight and suggestions.
