Zack was a great inspector. He checked every part of the home. My son walked with him throughout the home and he showed him every issue he found in the home and discussed very important points to the home that would be crucial when we move in. Don’t hesitate in hiring him. He went above and beyond in the quality of his inspection.

Was able to quickly come out to do an inspection due to some time constraints on my side. Provided the complete write-up by the next day. Was super thorough and pointed out things in the building that would help me maintain the house if we did go forward with the purchase.

The home appeared, at first impression to be in perfect condition but after his inspection it was not as pleasant as the agent portrayed it to be. Future repairs would have run me in the thousands . I did expect some cosmetic repairs but other high ticket items I did not expect. Overall I can say that having an inspection by an experienced inspector /contractor is extremely important. We made an appointment for the inspection of our first home with Zack. He arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment. He was professional and thorough while inspecting the home. My experience with House Pro Home Inspection has been truly amazing! Zack demonstrated to be a very experienced and knowledgeable professional, guiding me through the entire property showing me all the details I needed to know. Not just showing the issues, but also telling me what would be the solution for each one. By the end of the inspection, Zack orally made me a summary of his findings and expressed his opinion about the property's state of conservation. He showed up on time (this is very important in my opinion too) and took his time to go through every corner of the property. By the end of the day, Zack emailed me a very concise and detailed report containing 74 pages, with the property's facts, inspector's opinion about each item and photos of each detail.
