Once again, Mr. Zack has done an outstanding home inspection process. This was the second time that he inspected a house for us. Hired Zack for inspection on a small coop and Zack sent me a report the next day that 42pages. Didn’t expect this small apt to have all these issues he found. Worked out in my favor I got a small deduction because of the electrical issues . Would hire Zack again if I had to this again.

I hired this company to perform an inspection on a brand new condo apt that I am interested in purchasing. The inspection took place yesterday afternoon and I received an extensive inspection report the first thing this morning via email.
