Zack is the consummate professional. He was very helpful. My husband and I actually called Zack two times to inspect different properties. Each time we walked through the homes with Zack, he gave us a detailed inspection, shared vital information and answered any questions we had. He had a keen eye for noticing from the largest to the smallest deficiencies. He is very personable and we felt like we were in good hands with Zack. When the inspection was done, we had a quick chat to discuss his overall findings, items that would require repairs, etc. Zack also provided thorough reports with photos which helped us to decide on the home we would eventually choose. He’s always on time or early, He has every tool necessary including drones to check out the roof if there’s no internal access. His reports are so thorough and even remembers inspections he did in previous years when I have a question. He’s just the best!
