He provided exceptional service with a focus on my best interest. He was very detailed in his inspection and was very responsive to all my questions and concerns - even late on a Sunday! Truly appreciated his commitment to excellence and would highly recommend him to anyone buying property.

I found zack to be very easy to deal with from start to finish. He was able to get my inspection done in the required timeframe for a townhouse I was buying, and had the report prepared and sent to me on the same day the inspection was completed. He was then available first thing the next morning to discuss the questions I had, and spent a considerable amount of time going through it with me over the phone. I found the report itself to be very clear and detailed, and zack was very helpful with his feedback on the issues found and what the inspection was able to cover and not able to cover. Zack is extremely professional, patient, and detailed. He came to our home for a last minute appointment and thoroughly examined our home. He also was very patient in listening to my concerns and explained to me in terms that I can understand. Would highly recommend him and his inspection service!

I usually don’t write reviews and I am a licensed real estate agent YET Zack taught me a lot when I was buying my investment property. I found him on google after reading the reviews. He is extremely detailed, took pictures, saved me a lot of money. I was extremely impressed with the amount of details and professionalism of the report. Even after the service, I called to ask questions and he was so helpful and patient. I will definitely be back both for my clients and my future projects.
