I've worked with Zack on two home inspections and he has been amazing to work with both times. As a first-time home buyer, Zack was able to take me through the inspection and explain all of the main things to look for in a potential home. Zach is the best. I was searching for a licensed inspector and came across his website. We spoke on a Wednesday evening and he was ready to come the next day. I wasn't able to but 2 days later we had the inspection. He was on time, which is important and was definitely ready to do his job. It was an inspection for a co-op. He tested every outlet, ac outlet, checked circuit breaker box. Did his rounds through every closet, steam pipe to see if they work. He used a camera that shows if heat is visible. Every drain pipe from the bathroom and kitchen. Windows and air vents also was checked. He was extremely thorough throughout the entire process and would recommend what needed to be change immediately or not. I would recommend Zach 100% to anyone purchasing a place. Never buy a place without a home inspection and when you do, hire Zach for the job. Zach thank you.
